Fun on the Grass

When I see ideas t like this I think of all the other fun ways to use the technique.  I know the Easter bunny leaves footprints like this at my friends house, maybe Santa too.  Wouldn't it be fun to "mob" a park one night and when the ball players or kids come out the next morning, the field is covered in flowers or polka dots or stars.  How  could you color these????

Unazukin

Aren't these cute!  They are little "dolls", known as Unazukins, nod their heads when you speak!  I need to find a place to get a few of these cuties, the remind me of Matrushkahs.  I think they are great inspiration for Easter eggs! - I am thinking , hand painted, stenciled perhaps?  What is the inspiration ofr your Easter Eggs?

Sucker for a cute bunny

I am always drawn to a cute bunny - I think they remind me of my daughter with her piggy tales, I just think they are so charming.  These would be cute favors for an  Easter get together for kids! Aubrey at The Mother Huddle made these.   Are you making any Easter favors?  What are you making?

Jello Fun

This looks like such a fun idea.  I am not a jello fan myself, but I think it would be fun put together with Sprite to make this drink.  HWTM highlighted a Dr Seuss party I found this a part of .
We bought the mold to make these Easter Jellos the other day because despite my dislike for Jello, my daughter particularly loves it, begs me to make it!!  So far we have not had the best success with our mold (so this picture was borrowed!)

I found this color chart though, how hand would this be if you got into seasonal jello art. I actually laughed at how to make  the first 5!  Ha - they may be to complicated for me!  I did think think the navy, brown and black were interesting though.

What do you make with Jello?

Like a Microwave or a Sewing Machine

Aren't' these easy and cute, two required elements to any project for me!    They come from one of my favorite graphics site  Graphico.  I know many of you will look at the site and think it might not be of value because you might not have an electronic cutter.  You need to get one!!  They are coming down in price all the time and they are SO useful - I believe they will be like microwaves or sewing machines.  At first they are extravagant and then they are in every home.  They are so easy to use, if you can run a microwave, you can run an electronic cutter.  If there is an ounce of electronic savy in you, you can also run the add on computer programs that provide more options and variety in what you can cut!!
So after you check the cute patterns out at Graphico or Lettering Delights,  buy a machine and get cutting!!!  Sure Cuts a Lot is my favorite add on program and available through my blog.
What  machine are you looking at?  Considering?? What is a favorite graphics site you follow?

Glitter Paper

I keep wanting to cut one of these subway arts out - word by word and them mount them with 3d adhesive to make them pop.  I saw some glittery paper that I think these Easter Spring ones would be oober cute done with.  This first one is from LollyJane Boutique.

I also really like the vibrant colors of this "framable" from Itsy Bitsy Paperblog.  Lindy made it to adhere candy dots to - isn't that fun!

Part of the Bird Thing

I think it is part of the bird thing I have going on right now.  I keep seeing bird things I like.  Chicks, bird cages, birdhouses...what else is there bird related?  I also things that are mini.  I like these mini birdhouses on pedestals that Simply Designing put together!  I like the colors and I like that she put a brown glaze finish over the top of them.

Chocolate Bunny

I am digg'n the Chocolate bunny decorations this year, not sure why.  Well, I know I love chocolate and the color brown, that could be a start.  I am a softy for iconic symbols though!  And the button egg is a great compliment.  Auntie Lolo you are talented!

And Sandy has the patterns and a funny cartoon up - made me really stop and giggle - go check it out!
This is Sandy's Creation bunny with his eye on you!

Carrot Fun

These are fun - I especially love the polka dots.  If I sewed more, maybe I would make them.  I will just have to admire from afar.  Brenda at Deck the Halls made them

Chick and Bunny Art

I love resourcefulness!  These are silver trays from the dollar store, spray painted and fabric silhouettes glues on!  I think small ones would be really cute!  And I think it would be fun to have kids trace their own silhouettes and cut them out of black velvet paper.

When we were kids we had portraits cut at Disneyland , I remember it vividly, and then they hung on the wall of our home as long as I can remember.  Wonder where they got to?

Thanks for the moment to reminisce  Keep It Simple Sister, and a really cute Easter idea

--ooh, just thought of another addition, paint these cream but glue the paper to magnet before cutting out, them you can change the pictures easily if you want to.  Or provide the kidos with a variety of Easter shapes and let your kids change the pictures daily!
