With or Without?

 With or without?  That was my  question to deliberate today ...did I want my spa girls to soak their tootsies with or without an eye masks to rest their sweet little eyes?
 It was  decided they would need to see their pretty polishes 
to decide what color they would want on those toes! 

These were for my dear little friend Emma - have a fun party Emma!  Happy Birthday!
