Challenging Frank

I took the challenge! For years I have been reading craft blogs and looking over the challenges that we give each other, but today I took the challenge!  This challenge!  I thought Frank came out pretty well considering he started as a ghost!  There is a little battery operated tea light inside him, but he looks best in front of the green lights!  Thanks for the fun Happy Life Crafty Wife and Lori Whitlock!
