Oobber Charm

Can oobber and charm be used together?  

I'm not sure, but I am sure I want to make these.  We are having a Daisy Girl Scout Mother Daughter Tea to wrap up before summer and I think these would be really cute favors for the girls.  

Now I just need to collect all those teacups!
