Seeing Spots

HWTM or Hostess With the Mostess posted this party not too long ago.  I thought it was cute, especially those big spots, but who can find plates that big? 

Then I thought of this project that I featured earlier.  Purchase the platers from the dollar store (Dollar Tree is my favorite) and spray paint them.
