oh how I need to learn this!

I have been packing Alex's lunch in a Bento type box for 3 years and now I get directions!  I could have been doing this all along?! - hmm, me thinks I would not have, but I am into learning a thing or two, maybe plastic bags around everything is pretty uninviting!

In an effort to at least eliminate the use of so many little baggies inside the box I send with Alex, I just bought a pack of Easy Lunchboxes... here

that is jello in the upper corner!  made right in the box - love that!

Okay so by now in my researching this, I have become "Bento Crazy"  I just thinking packing lunches like these would be so much more fun to make!!
